Positives:
Excellent breakfast with many options (including cook-to-order omelets), nice indoor pool and hot tub, friendly staff, convenient location and plenty of parking.
Negatives:
3 plugs in the room didn't work, kind of noisy on the first floor from upstairs rooms, beds not very comfortable.

The staff was welcoming and kind. The breakfast setup is amazing. I have never seen a hotel with such an awesome free breakfast option.

The pool/hot tub area was smaller than the pictures made it seem to look.

Staff and stay was one of the best at a best Western

The room was clean and adequate. Everything functioned properly. Location was good, near highway, groceries, food and gas. Amazing individualized breakfast service, with eggs cooked to order! I have never seen that anywhere.
Negatives:
No elevator. Only two stores high, but a heavy suitcase is no fun.

Noisy neighbors. Adjoining door with room next door. Their TV was very loud and the occupants were also loud. Good thing we were very tired so we could fall asleep.

BreakfastRated Double Deluxe! Freshly cracked eggs prepared to order. Seriously, double deluxe.
Negatives:
Had to squeeze between toilet and shower to shut bathroom door and/or open the shower. The shower space itself was great but the rest of the space was definitely cramped.
