Negatives: At times it was a bit noisy but I was there during new years

Negatives: Breakfast was gone within the first hour and never refilled for the rest of the guests that showed up during the breakfast available hours. I went to the store and purchased a bagel, came back to the hotel and asked the desk clerk if I could use the toaster in the breakfast nook area, and she said “no, I can’t let you into that area”. Mind you, this was an open area with no doors and she was soo busy on her phone that she never even saw me walk in there beforehand to verify the toaster was on the counter. I could’ve used it without her even noticing while she was watching a movie on her phone, but thought it best to be courteous and ask first. But, she was rude, never even smiled or apologized for declining my request, just acted like I was a nuisance. She probably didn’t want to get up out of her chair and actually DO anything. Also, I’m a 56 year old mom with 7 children and 13 grandchildren. I’m completely capable of using a toaster without burning the building down, or whatever else she thought would happen.

Negatives: Couch in the room was filthy, bathroom fan was to loud, and the rooms only have showers.

Negatives: Breakfast was insufficient. Eggs were very cool, only 1 kind of cereal. Poor selection.

Negatives: The location saying Idaho center would make you think it was closer without having to take the freeway.

Negatives: I was completely satisfied

Negatives: At 3am in the morning I was startled when someone that was given a key to my room and was able to open the door. Fortunately, I had engaged the latch to the door otherwise they would have walked in. It was not good to be awaken in that manner and it took me quite awhile before I was able to sleep again. When I reported it to the front upon check out, they did not seem very concerned. I had expected a call from the front desk after the incident, but none was received. I did not call them at the time.
