The pullout couch was very saggy and uncomfortable, and the location is a bit out of the way for our airport layover, but the price even with an Uber was worth it.

The staff was amazing from the time I arrived to when I left. The place was very clean which I like seeing that I'm OCD. My breakfast was amazing and your coffee was hot and very flavorful.
Negatives:
The only complaint I was the shower. The water did not get hot and the water pressure was very low but the water in the sink was hot and had great water pressure.

The front desk guy Brady was super friendly even at midnight. The bed was comfy. The shower was refreshing. The room was roomy. I walked at the track at the park and even ate my breakfast out there one morning. The breakfast was delicious.

This reservation was canceled and the hote okayed thel cancelation but Booking.com did not cancel?Booking.com has designed a system that customers cannot communicate with them for the purpose of not refunding charges. Unless my charges are reversed and refunded to me I will NEVER use Booking.com and will warned people of their illegal system.
