The breakfast was a nice set up

The tub was dirty. The room smell like weed. The comforter had cigarette burns. The sheets had a female hair inside them. Furniture is dirty. When we entered the room it was freezing.

Location close to Arena since I traveled for a concert. Breakfast good. Hotel completely full but was quiet.
Negatives:
Would have been nice to have eggs and bacon offered for breakfast.

Negatives:
The normal location would normally be acceptable, however there was significant roadwork on going with the street in front of the site. New asphalt in a single narrow lane had been laid down 4 or 5 inches deep with inadequate slope to the access road to the property such that I was concerned about damaging the tires and wheels on my vehicle when pulling on/off the new pavement. This was on 11/9/24 so hopefully a short term problem.
