The lobby was clean, warm and inviting! We were on a weekend trip celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The managers decorated our room door and put champagne and a beautiful gift in our room for us! The staff was very nice ! Our room was clean , nicely decorated and had everything as described for a king suite.

When checked in, handed room key and just said "here you go". Had to ask best way to get to room. No direction given, no info at all given like complimentary breakfast? Bar closed?
Finally, second to last day about 10am, room service just walked in my room even though I had 'do not disturb' on door.
