Room got flooded with water from the bathroom light fixture. I can only assume the people upstairs from me over flowed toilet or shower. They were also extremely loud all night over the entire weekend.

Little kids panhandling the guests. Myself included. Parents were either guests or employees. Too many semi's (bobtails) in or on the parking areas.

They let me bring my two 95 pound dogs with at no extra charge.
Negatives:
At night the place sounds like a frat house, very loud. Walls are thin, could hear person next door playing music all night, doors opening and closing, people yelling and dogs barking. But in the morning its nice and quiet. No coffee or breakfast offered
