Days Inn by Wyndham Champaign/Urbana

Negatives: It wasn't clean. My bathroom was cleaned properly and I saw existing customer inner wear was hanging in the bathroom.

Negatives: Couldnt get the heater to work right was so hot in room We could not get it to go lower. Went to have breakfast and couldnt find anyone to help. No coffee or waffles batter. Had to wait also to check out. Had no way to contact anyone

Negatives: The pictures do not represent the construction. It is an old dirty hotel that is not secure. Very misleading and way overprices for the quality. Underconstruction is an understatement. There was black mold and roaches that came out of the doors.

Negatives: We got a king size bed and the mattress was so dirty, stained with yellow/brown stains. It was also hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Room was small but outdated and needs some fixing.

Negatives: The facility is under construction and going through renovations. This is not listed in their advertising so we were not aware when booking. We checked in and stayed for about an hour before my entire family became ill to the point where my wife was gasping for air. Our room was dusty and whatever air was being discharged from the room in wall ac/heat unit was creating an environment that caused my kids and wife to cough uncontrollably. The other room had a very foul smell and caused my au pair to become ill as well. We decided this was not a safe place to stay and to not jeopardize my family's health, we returned the room keys and left to stay at another hotel. I have requested a refund for the full amount and I have not received a phone call from management. I am contacting my credit card company used to make the reservation and will take appropriate measures to ensure my refund is secured.

Negatives: The property looks to be under renovation. To be honest, I did not know if i was in the renovated or the old. I am not a novice. I am an architect and worked for a firm that built hotels. This property should be torn down. I do not think renovations will do any good. It is a dilapidated building with no hope. Good luck.

Negatives: The room smelled the beds was so uncomfortable that we could barely move in the morning it is in a bad neighborhood we listened to yelling music playing all night

Negatives: very run down, horrible carpet, bath tiles, etc. Seemed like a 3rd world room. Ick!

Negatives: it was extremely run down. I drove up and saw the place and right away I told the person in the office I couldnt stay there!! I feared for my life there! then he told me since I booked it through a third party they had to cancel my reservation.. he also said he would charge me one night stay even if I didnt stay there. I found a better place and just booked there and waited until booking . com got my reservation cancelled

Negatives: I didn't like the customer service and I like to be lied to on this website saying that this hotel had a smoking room and then I booked it all of a sudden now there's no smoking room

Negatives: The hotel staff the first two nights kept insisting on coming to my room for things I felt were not necessary. Each time I had to say No firmly several times. It was weird. No decaf available at breakfast and no extra toliet paper in the room.
