The check-in process was fast and efficient. The clerk gave clear directions to our room. The room was very spacious and handicap accessible for my mother. She had no problems navigating the room and bathroom. The room was tidy and clean.

The clerk forgot to mention when we checked in where the breakfast room was located and what time it started at.

Our 1st room didn't have hot water so we changed rooms. Our second room; the lock has almost ripped off and our door handle looked like someone tried to yank it off too. Walls were dirty, found dirty clothes that weren't ours behind our bathroom door, lots of sketchy people hanging outside and in the halls.

It was safe to get in and out of your vehicle at night. Close to the mall and restauramts.

The room was not to standard. Not like the old La Quinta. It was safe to stay here, but comfortability not so much. The tub was stained and rusted, mold/mildew above on the ceiling, stains on the curtains, not much lighting. When I left for the day, house keeping didn't even make up the bed. I thought that was standard. My key card kept deactivating which was a pain having to keep going to the front desk. But I slept pretty good. So I guess that's all that matters?

The bed was too soft and had a lousy mattress which gave me a poor night sleep. Entering the lobby there was an intense smell of Pine-Sol and cleaning fluid. It was even worse in my room and left me with a sore throat and burning eyes through the night. it seem like they were covering up some bad odors with some strong, smelling cleaning solvent. I told the management about this and got a shrugged her shoulders.
