Room was too warm and couldn't cool down. Thermostat didn't work and was getting given a portable heater to use as fan to help. Elevator is very slow. And paid extra for late checkout but our room key were cancelled anyways and wouldn't be that big a deal if didn't have to wait so long for elevator both ways to go down to front desk for new keys (which was never mentioned we would need to) and wait again to get back to our room on 12th floor.

- it is listed as a 4 star hotel - there is no way it is a 4 star hotel and when I commented this to management they said it is 3 star but rated 4 star in Booking - not sure what it means but clearly aimed at deceiving clients / guests
- one of the 2 elevators was not working for over a week. They said “they were fixing it” - never saw anyone working on it. A good excuse to have for someone staying 1-2 days but not for somebody staying several nights like me
- they outsource cleaning and the single operating elevator was full in the morning with the cleaning staff with all their equipment. Guests and cleaning personnel
