Excellent location. Walking distance to many points of interest
Staff was polite and friendly

Room was cold. No matter if we turned on the heating via thermostat there was cool air coming from the ceiling. In addition The AC in the room was very loud. Didn't have a single good night sleep.
In three days nobody cleaned our room.
We were told that it happens every second day but never did.
Had to ask for clean towels to get at least that.
There was no shower gel in the container.
Asked for it every day but only last night they brought us some with the towels only after multiple complaints
Breakfast is very bad. Some kind of different egg dishes every day. Didn't taste like egg at all. Not sure what was in there.
Small variety over all.
Paid wifi.
A basic free connection was available in the room but didn't really work.
They ask 5$ for the fast one
