My dislike was the service didn't accommodate me any refills on somethings like coffee. My microwave was moved to another location due to no plug. Breakfast in the morning was not accommodated. But I was charged from the hotel like I was going to be able to enjoy the things claimed to be provided. Not. The breakfast cafe was trash. I didn't get any breakfast the time I stayed, there was nothing that provided me and my family with breakfast. Nothing like the brochure n booking stated. I feel like I was over charged and price because nothing was provided for me and my family that was stated at the time of booking . Valet service was the best.

Positives:
Excellent hotel in prime location, and the cost of a very spacious room was fairly low for season. Pool and workout spaces were lovely. Staff was fantastic on the whole, esp. desk staff, and the housekeeping supervisor (who found my meds when I left them behind)!
Negatives:
Maid knocked twice at my door once at 9 and once at 1030am, which is a big no-no. I was not left a "Do not Disturb" sign.

The location was great. The TVs in the room, were huge. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect.
