The location.

The first room the restroom door was damage. We asked the receptionist to change the room. He was rude to us. The second room was not clean we found a condon in the bed it looks is been there for a while

The staff never came and cleaned the room even though we were out all day. The free newspaper in the lobby was right wing propaganda. The pool was basically a dipping pool, it was so small. We asked for a wake up call, they confirmed it but never called.
