Nice Weekend Stay

The encounter I had with Rachel and Kassidy. The delighted themselves very professionally.

I am a well versed traveler.
I carry a specific device that scans for bugs, hidden cameras, and so forth.
I scanned the room initially, found some frequencies that were red flags. I immediately notified the front desk, who in returned notified the assistant general manager. (Pleasant experience I will note)
I was explained the reason, and I was understanding and ok with the explanation given.
However, the device also has an (action/motion) triggered alarm on it. I place the alarm on the door knob to be sure if anyone (GRABS/ACTION) to the door knob, the alarm would trigger.
I experienced that 2 times!!
The first time the guest (more than likely checked out), because I was notifying my significant other of my experience,and how I was going to tell front desk. In result, the neighboring guests started blasting music after hearing me pissed off venting!!!
I notified Kassidy, and she assured me they were no longer going to be there the next afternoon. ( I assumed they checked out when they heard me pissed off.)
The second time I experienced the situation. I notified front desk concierge, (it was at about 2 in the morning or so). I explained to her I locked eyes with the couple (a young man and a young woman) the guy said "sorry", while the girl laughed, and then he waved me off and continued to laugh with her.
I even gave detail to the room and described the clothes he had on.
And, the woman at the front desk professed how there's nothing she can do about it, she didn't see anybody walk through, how would I even know what room they were in, and all she can do is send the security guard around the floors.
I gave her the direct room, but she just kept saying how the security have to do ALL the floors... (Why when I gave the room the were in?)
Overall, I can say if you are an experienced and well versed traveler who carry the devices such as I do. PLEASE UTILIZE THEM...... No matter the friendly response you get the first time.
