Very friendly helpful staff, moved me to another room because the first one had a very loud air conditioning fan. Great location close to restaurants, drug stores, churches, public transit.

Location! Super close to multiple trains and lots of things to do in walking distance. Great for travelers not looking to spend a fortune on rideshare.

Our rooms heat didnt work and it was 80 degrees inside. I also dont understand the $25 resort fee for a 8oz cardboard box of water and coffee in the morning.

I got a room where my shower didnt get hot and then in the morning it didnt get warm. I let them know and they said they would send someone to look at it but never came. End up moving me to another room right before check out just so I could shower

the Concierge, Is Sooo Warm And Inviting. A Person Doesnt Have To Be Arrogant To Get the job done; I Was a Concierge for Several Years at an Upscale Facility in Chicago and Guest Really Really Appreciate That.. Everything Was Great.

The staff is very friendly and never have given me a hard time about a late check out or sleeping in or a payment method or anything. They literally are super super friendly and nice and theyre helpful as well.
