After Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Very friendly staff with good customer service.

Negatives: Short trip. Wanted to relax in the hot tub but it was filthy, with grime, and who knows what else floating in it. So much bubbles formed when it turned on, no doubt due to trying to add cleaning chemicals along with the body oils already stewing in it.

Positives: Great location. Very nice lobby

Negatives: Everything you wanted to do in the hotel was way too expensive. The price of drinks at the bar was insane. They made sure to charge you for every little thing they could find as well.
