My wife and I stayed two nights. The first night our room #1410 had a large crack in the sink and the towel bar fell off.
. . . I reported it to the front desk. They gave us an upgrade for the next night. The staff was very friendly, and the location was great!

Our room the first night #1410 needed repairs. (Only posting the negative pic because it looks like a known issue that was not addressed).

We got to the hotel a little earlier than the 4 pm check in time and they were able to accomodate us and let us into a room that was ready. We loved the staff, the free welcome drink, and the room itself. It had an amazing view and the bed itself was super comfy.

Location, restaurant and staff. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location is great for shopping, dining and Christkindle market.

Elevator was broken at one point and had to walk up 12 flights. Restaurant is great, but drinks are expensive.
