Loved the proximity to dinner at 312 Chicago (which was excellent) and the Cadillac Palace theater so had minimal walking.
Negatives:
Sheets smelled very stale, like they were in Grandma’s linen closet for 4 months. Asked for 2 new pillow cases because I just couldn’t sleep on that smell and they brought up an entire sheet set. Unfortunately they smelled too! Shower floor was VERY slippery with no grab bar.

Positives:
Location was excellent, walking distance from most attractions. They were able to check us in early which was great! The decor was great as well as the complimentary coffee every morning.
Negatives:
I had asked if we could get some waters to the room and they told us if I wanted water I needed to get it myself from downstairs. The room didn't insulate the heating too well, so we had to turn it on and off throughout the night.
