Everything was really nice and clean. The room was more spacious then expected. There was a pull out couch. That meant that all 3 of us in the room had our own beds and no one had to share.

The location was great. Most of the staff was nice. Rooms were clean.
Negatives:
We valet parked our car with the hotel and when we received our vehicle back, a nice pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses were taken. The only people who had access to my vehicle were the valet drivers.
Positives:
The view from the Hotel room and how close it is to the Mag Mile, the Lakefront and public transportation. The Staff is very friendly. Hoyt's serves the best Cosmos. We will returning next year for our yearly Sisters Vacation.

The shower leaked onto the floor. There were no hooks in the bathroom for clothes. There were a few holes in the walls. The walls were super thin so you could hear people talking in surrounding rooms.

Location location location. After the valet errored leaving the car on the street unlocked for an hour. The staff right away understood my complaint and credited all valet charges directly and apologized and had my car valeted immediately.

Unsure if it had pool or hot tub. The staff should simply say guests must swipe key card on the round card reader to select elevator floor per every guest sharing the elevator. When leaving after checking out a Bellman wanted to demand his serves.

From bringing a bus with our luggage to and from our room and out to the curb to the exceptional front desk staff, to the perfect cleanliness of the room, the stay in Chicago was the best.

Staff was very attentive and pleasant. We arrived early and were allowed to check in. The hotel is in a great location. To use the elevator, you need your room key. Room was clean.

For a deluxe king room, there was a table with only one chair, not two. Unfortunately, our view of the river was blocked by the television.
