Recent Reviews
Positives:
Location and view is good
Negatives:
Staff is super rude. I call them that I will check in late. They charge me as no show and also charge me for another night for showing up after 12am.
I keep calling accounts dependent but no one answers. When I try to talk to manager once and now manager will also not answer. Worst experience ever staying at any hotel. I think Motel 6 will give better service than this hotel.

Excellent location. Room with amazing views to Chicago river. A problem with the room was rapidly and positively solved.
Negatives:
Only one bar available, next to the lobby.
Very expensive parking, we could find an alternate option within 5 minutes walk at half the price.

Good hotel for its money...

Superb
Positives:
The location was perfect! So convenient to all the big tourist attractions (most within an easy walk) and public transit was easily accessible as well. We were near our boat tour launch and enjoyed walking to shopping, shows and museums. And the River Walk was right across the street and down the stairs…loved that!
Negatives:
Parking was not on site, just a block away and discounted with hotel reservation, but a little tricky for someone not familiar with driving in Chicago.
We asked for complimentary water bottles and were told they had run out which was disappointing.
