Its just off michigan ave in a busy bustling part of town. Staff is friendly. Room clean, bed and pillow comfortable
Negatives:
Noise from outside is loud even on the top floor. There are two tiny elevators, one broke, so 11 floors is very far up. The heat is finicky and we had to have a guy come into our room at 11 pm to set it. The fan is superloud. The rooms are tiny bit have everything you need!

Extremely small rooms and bathroom, small elevator could only fit a couple of people so waited a lot, small lobby and snack counter closed early and wasn’t staffed at all times.
