Check-in person made me feel like I was really bothering her to assist me. Felt like I was just an annoyance to her.
Made a request for extra blanket & was asked why; didn't I already have one & then I never got it.
Property needs to be upgraded. It's obviously in need of some paint & new flooring in places.

Room was decent. Clean, you could tell there was some effort into keeping the rooms clean.
Negatives:
Wow. The property as a whole is run down. One elevator is kinda scary, and the other has been shut down by order of the inspector! Staff appeared to be overworked and it definitely shown through to their personality! Any work that has occurred on site is not good craftsmanship. Cheapest bidder is for sure being used here.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and great.
Negatives:
The hallways and room smelled very strong of smoke, a mix of cigarette and weed. The elevator was sketchy. The door for the room was missing the safer latch and had no extra way to lock it. There was a door for an adjoining room that had a decent sized gap under so we could hear everything in the next room.
