Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

They reimbursed the cost of my room.

They have communication problems. I informed them I would be arriving 11pm- midnight as they asked. I was told everything was set for my stay. I had until 6pm to cancel. I show up at midnight and the lobby is closed and a man on the phone says he cannot help me as they lock up at 10pm and I was considered a no show but still charged for not canceling by 6pm. After the run around over the phone with the hotel operators that night and the following day, I showed up the next day while still in town and was able to get refunded upon explaining the situation. This incident was made more difficult being that I was traveling with my wife and 11 month old son. We ended up at a Holiday Inn as an agent with Booking.com was able to direct us to a hotel with availability and a staffed lobby. The price was similar but just from the lobby I could see it was a better option. The ratings I gave this hotel are based on just what I seen in the lobby, I cannot say how the accommodations actually are as I never seen the room and ended up at the Holiday Inn.

When I checked in I was informed that this location is also a residence so there would be no dishes of any kind. Confused as to why that is.
That information would have been useful at time of booking so items could be brought. Luckily we were only there one night.

The property was within walking distance to the arena which was nice. The price was nice, but you definitely get what you pay for.
Negatives:
It was not very clean. The hotel did not smell nice at all either. There was a leak in our sink meaning the sink dripped the entire night. When we got there we went to one of the buildings (not knowing there were two) and we apparently went to the wrong building and had to walk all over to try to get to the correct building. It was very frustrating - maybe tell people there is more than one building and let people know which building they have to go to. The fact that there was no shampoo in the room was a bother. And of course when I went down to get some (and a towel we were shorted) the front desk was closed until 9am.
