Negatives: Housekeeping lacks. The shower/bathroom was not clean. Used soap bottle in the shower. One towel in the bathroom. Dust every where. Smelly rooms. Lobby is the cleanest spot in the whole hotel. Employees have no concern when you address them with a problem. The toilet didn’t flush properly at all and the staff couldn’t possibly care any less .

Negatives: The staff was rude and aggressive. They were upset my dogs would bark when the doors in the hall would slam shut, I decided to leave and asked for my money back due to being harassed by the staff.plus the sheets/arm chair had blood stains on them, when I asked for a different room/have it cleaned I was given a rude response and told no. I would like someone from the company to contact me. I’ve sent 2 emails since the incident

Negatives: The front gave me the keys to the first room when I walked in the room sheets were on the floor trash all over the floor. Went back to the front desk told her the room was dirty. She gave me the keys to another room which was dirty trash all the room bed unmade. Went back to the front desk told her that was was dirty I told her last try if that room was dirty I’ll go do a different hotel. Her response with an attitude you can leave. Every interaction with her she was talking on the phone with someone else. The 3rd room the bed was made heavy hair urine and feces were in the toilet. That was it I left. I work for Bnsf Railway which is going to cover the room I told them about the situation they informed me they had other complaints about the hotel and they will stop using it.

Negatives: Not cleaned rooms .. 2 rooms they have not prepared n cleaned, beds was not arranged, towels on the floor,even trash cans are filled. 3rd room was ok. Its not easy to change rooms with kids n luggage. Air conditioning we switched on. Morning breakfast, its for just name sake. Coffee n juice machines not working just having cereals n few muffins n exactly 2 bagels.. no egg.. waffles are good nothing else .. no refills. We went in middle of their timings when we complain n, they just saying we will tell management even no consideration worst experience
