The key cards did not work, there should have been a discount for the inconvenience. Providing 2 water bottles complimentary instead of charging $4 could have been the discount. In using booking.com I said we were traveling with pets but there wasn’t an addition. I was charged $25 for pets when i arrived. I have no problem paying a fee, it needs to be up front in the booking process and it wasn’t

Outstanding hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. Good size. The interior of the hotel was bright, clean and looked well maintained. Check in was fast. Loved it. If there was 20 stars on the rating system then I would have given a 20 star rank.
