Positives: The stay was very enjoyable. Quick check-in and got to the room easily. The front desk clerk on check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was unusually large, but since my architectural firm has done several hotels I understand it was large because of the floor plan. Was not able to have breakfast but it looked very good.

Negatives: Not anything in particular, but I never want to give full ratings because I think there are always room for improvement :)
