Location right off the highway was nice and made it easy to find.
Negatives:
Room condition was not what I would expect. Requested a non smoking room. Definitely had a room that was labeled non smoking but I’m almost positive the guest before me smoked in there. Also, the fridge was full of opened containers of baby food from a previous guest. No batteries in the smoke detector either and battery tray was left open.

Positives:
The room itself was very clean and it had the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a long time. I was very impressed with that. Bed was comfortable and there was not alot of noise from outside to disturb us.
Negatives:
The outside entrace was filthy. It looked like a drink had been spilled a week ago and it was just left to sit. the stairs up to second floor needed cleaning. The duvet cover had large stains on it. We did not stay to eat breakfast there was not any eggs/breakfast meats.
