Negatives: They kick me out

Negatives: check-in, check out issues, and the “damage deposit” of $100.

Negatives: When you walk in first impact is the smell of chlorine from the pool (way to strong), the room key card I always had a problem with had it reset twice, then replace for the third because of you had it near a smart phone or AirPod it deactivate the card so you won’t be able to come into the building or room (that was annoying especially with 2child 1infant). When we access our room, it smelled wet and moldy, I thought it was the carpet, until a few days in- sleepless night due to the interstate noise, most uncomfortable worn out mattress, or just the noise of the banging of the washing machine going on all night long from the cleaners, I notice our room ceiling had mold that was spray painted white but you can see pieces of it fall to the ground. To top off our shower water always became freezing cold after 3 min, we always had to shut the water off and on a couple times for the hot water to work. You can hear people conversation from the hall way in our room. When you walk the hall ways you can even hear what people wear doing in there rooms. Breakfast was very bland, no meat, just bland waffle/ cereal and milk coffee or watery fruit juice. THANK GOD FOR McDonald’s / CRAKEL BARRE near by. The pool was not clean you can see hair floating. I thought my kids would have enjoyed more our stay but we were all very disappointed. 12nights overly paid for horrible experience!

Negatives: Highly inexperienced and rude staff. Seems like a place with high turn over and zero reprocussions for poor customer service. Key cards quit working every night. No proteins at breakfast almost every morning. Don't bring your family here, they will be disappointed

Negatives: If they replace the dirty towels without complaints .

Negatives: The overcharge us 100 with the excuse that we smoke in the room and in our family we don’t smoke… we try to find a solution but the asking for proof that we don’t smoke… we contact the booking for that reason and from booking also ask us to send a video that proves that we don’t smoke!!!!we explain that we don’t wear body cams but that doesn’t make any difference to them… nice job booking…

Negatives: Hotel is very out dated which can make the space feel less clean and at times a little scary. Chipped paint, old elevators, old carpets. We don't need a 5 star hotel but it eases the mind when the space feels more homey and less like a horror film. The actual rooms were updated enough and looked clean.
