Positives: The cookies

Negatives: The hotel was very dark, dingy, and dirty. Not a convenient location. Very dark surroundings inside and outside hotel. Looks and feels more like a truckers motel. Not suitable for Double tree name. Staff not too friendly. Hallways and elevator dirty

Positives: I arrived at the hotel during one of the coldest days in years. As a result, the room had very limited heat and no hot water. After the stay, I called, and the Staff-who are terrific-comped me a room. Terrific customer service and experience.

Negatives: Nothing. An issue related to weather caused an issue. The Staff immediately responded to me, and on the next visit I received top notch service and treatment. The warm cookies are always a treat!

Positives: The sheets and comforter was very clean and that is most important

Negatives: For a 4 star hotel I feel that it should've had USB ports in the room and the bed was not tight it was very noisy
