Negatives: When I updated my card I received an email that they cancelled my booking. When trying to contact them to confirm they didn't respond. Left me worrying for days. I called, emailed and messaged. Totally stressed for days. When I arrived I booked a superior king room. Was told that was what I had. Room wasn't great. Shower head was hanging off loose cables under bedside cabinet, paint coming off ceiling, skirting boards missing. I could go on. When I went to dry my hair I noticed no hair dryer which I was meant to have. When checking out I mentioned the lack of hair dryer and was told I wasn't in a superior king and they are the only rooms that get one.. The girl basically lied to me when I asked. When I said to the guy he said I will leave a note. What good is that I over payed for a room I never got and even if I would be back in the area I would avoid this hotel.
