Location was close to work

Shower head was broken and cockroaches were seen. Front desk assigned another couple to my room a couple hours after I checked in.
Smell of marijuana was prevalent throughout the entire building.

I had to change rooms because the first room was sooooo dirty! Wet towels on the sick, hair in the towels etc! Waited over five minutes for someone to come to the front desk for a room move. So many people in the lobby had issues with their rooms as well. Very run down towel. Went to the second room and the window was open and it was sooooo cold. Same thing with wet towels at the sink. Took forever for the heat to kick in and it never did. It was so uncomfortable for me that I left. Didn’t even stay for the full reservation.
