Positives: I did not like being charged a deposit of $100.00 before check in. Should have been informed at time of booking. The room had a bad smell , had to purchase candles to relieve the odor. The TV remote was taped together and you had to be right in front of TV to get it to work. Asked for a TV guide none available no local channels. Stains on comforter. Will never stay there again. Terrible experience

Positives: The beds provide superior comfort and I liked the ease of the temperature controls of the room.

Negatives: Our sink was clogged and maintenance had to come into the room to repair it while we were yet to leave, however they were prompt and efficient. It would be good if they check on things like that more often instead of a customer bringing it to their attention.

Negatives: Door was already opened when coming in. Shower, toilet & flooring in bathroom were dirty with red droplets and dried urine. Bedding wasn’t changed from last person as there was hair everywhere on the bed. TV was left on playing southpark but no remote available to change it.
