Positives:
Good location near the hospital. Great price, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was hot, eggs, sausage, waffle. Choice of cereal as well.
Negatives:
After a snow parking lot and sidewalks were completely snow covered. First sliding door would not work because of snow and ice. I had to open the door manually to get out.

Breakfast, rooms are nice.
Negatives:
The chrome in the elevator should be wiped down daily as well as the walls in the elevator. Drawers in the room should be wiped out daily. The freezer should also be checked daily there were freeze pops in the freezer. The ice buckets need plastic bag liners. Take the time out to wash all the curtains in the rooms.

The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning, it is very dirty. My room had only 1 bath towel wadded up and shoved in the cubby for towels. I wasn’t completely certain it was clean.

Positives:
The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast is good to get going in the morning but they could make the coffee stronger just my option.
Negatives:
There is one staff member that hasn't changed,breakfast supposed to last till 10 he was shutting it down at a little after 9 the only other thing is thus staff member just tells you bogus excusse so things cause to busy on his personal phone he don't have to deal with issues he alway puts it off on the next shift.
