Negatives: Breakfast selection wasn't consistent. First morning had eggs. Next morning was all carbs. Internet didn't work well. I couldn't connect my computer at all. My phone finally connected day 2 but nothing would load, browsing, email, nothing. Had to use data all weekend.

Negatives: The tv should be hooked up to the tv

Negatives: Was given a dirty room at first.

Negatives: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Negatives: Was uncomfortable staying here. When we checked in we could not understand the desk clerk and he was not neat on appearance. There was a electrical cord from one side of room to the other , laying exposed on floor, draped across air conditioner. Plus there were ants on the counter.

Negatives: In the past, I stayed at an AmericInn location in Madison, Wisconsin. My experience at that location was the best 2 or 3-star hotel stay I had in some time. Therefore, I was really looking forward to another stay at an AmericInn, however, it ended up being a poor experience at the Quincy, IL location. The below is a summary of the issues: -The room had a musty smell -No shower curtain for the shower (the woman at the front desk ended up getting me one and installing it for me) -No gym -Two separate housekeepers knocked on my door prior to the 11 am checkout, asking when I was checking out -The complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke. Stale cereal, no hot water for the oatmeal, no drinking water, small sausage links were the only hot food item, etc.

Negatives: No ac did not work

Negatives: There was blood on our blanket in the room we were in and neither of us had been bleeding so I wonder if it wasn’t washed between guests. The shower curtain had a hole in it and should be replaced it’s trash. The girl who checked me in didn’t tell me anything about the hotel and never offered to help with anything if I needed it. I asked for early check in but had to wait until after 3pm for a room to be ready.

Negatives: We didn't like having an extra $100 billed when we checked in, especially since we were charged over $400 for a 2-night stay in a 3-star hotel. We were refunded at check out, but how did they know we didn't do damage to the room? A lot of price gouging since we were in Quincy for a car show. This hotel chain should stop advertising breakfast, it's horrible, at this location the "breakfast room" looks like it used to be a storage room. It doesn't even have seating, people have to go out to the lobby to sit and eat. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear people having conversations out on the parking lot, thin walls, luckily we weren't on the street side like the people we were with. 1 very small bar of soap and 2 towels in a king suite. Used the coffee maker the 1st morning and housekeeping didn't replace it. No one was at the front desk.

Negatives: It was very cold in our room and when I turned the heater on it caused the fire alarm to go off. I guess that was enough power to cause the low battery indicator beep to go off for about an hour until I dismantled the alarm. Considering we checked in at 5:30 am, and checked out around 10 am altogether we got around 21/2 hours of sleep.
