The overall cleanliness and attention to detail with respect to bedroom and bath objects.
Negatives:
Breakfast was ok; at least we could serve ourselves. The location was too isolated for our tastes, and our first floor room was too close to the elevator, which woke us up time-and-again come morning. Many more rooms were vacant, and we were obviously elderly and could have used more rest. Plus our first floor room had an exposed large window but no way to close it for privacy, so we were very exposed. We deserved more.

The pillows were to soft for our liking. I will bring my own pillow next time. My husband & I both woke up with neck issues.
