Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The location is a good location. The price is reasonable for that market. The property was not unclean -- so fair!. The parking lot is safe, well lit. Staff, although minimal, are okay. It is a bare bones operation, it is a bare bones facility with a coat of paint and a mop. The hallways and room were reasonably clean. They had been vacuumed, they were not dirty.
Negatives:
Basics in terms of attention to detail was missing: No toilet paper, nothing (i mean nothing) in the bathroom or the cabinets in an extended stay "suites" place -- not even a paper cup to drink water out of the tap, a coffeemaker, or a bottle of water that can be purchased in Kroger for $2.99 for 12. Not having toilet paper in the bathroom on the evening I checked in was not a good sign. No lotion, there was one bar of soap. The property could use some TLC -- the kitchen stove range was old -- thank god I did not have to use it. I guess they will rent you or give you cups and pans if you went and asked downstairs. I did not care, I was there only to sleep two nights.

Couldn't get an answer regarding to how much an early check in fee would cost me. And wasn't informed of how much and how long they will hold on to my deposit. Ended up paying double as I still haven't received my deposit back.
