Nothing. This was a terrible experience. I would never attempt to stay there again.

ROACH INFESTATION. After I unlocked the door I went to set my bag on the dresser and a roach scurried across the top. I mentioned it to my brother who had thrown his bag on the bed and he said he just saw one run across the bed. I immediately called the front desk and while I was on the phone my brother went into the bathroom and there were a couple roaches in there. The room looked clean but it was not.

Very old building and rooms, need updating, beds were extremely uncomfortable, TV was not connected properly to cable box. Corridors very loud with people speaking loudly, walks very thin.

1) shower drained SLOWLY. Water from shower was filling the tub up .
2) there was a centipede floating in shower water .
3) there was a spider dangling from stoves exhaust fan.
4) the juice machine was broken ALL weekend (Fri-Sun). They had pitchers of Sunny D ( sugar)
No O.J, or apple juice.
5) kitchen staff (2) had people waiting for fresh breakfast potatoes, and eggs.
