The hotel was exactly what I thought it would be and it was centrally located for the places I wanted to visit and the things I needed to do.

You had to come all the way down to the first floor lobby to get ice...

Yes they took $1947 out of my acct instead of the $463 it was supposed to be leaving only $8 in my bank acct I went without food and has to cancel all my vacations no money for ubers or going out had to barrow money for my uber home. Took me a week to get UT back in my acct. Staff was horrible the general manager argumentative. Additionally I have a neurological disorder that the stress aggrevated could barely walk

The room needs to be fresher, windows needs to open for a day, sink was clogged up and blankets was dirty. I found garbage on the ground. You have to pay for breakfast and also why does the bar close so Early?
