Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The presence of a kitchen and a large refrigerator.

The staff clearly lacks attention to visitors. Especially to the young man at the front desk. The room was cleaned only once a month and a half into my stay. No one changed the towel and bed linen either. The rooms are in need of repair.

Lots of broken items in the room. The walls were all beat up, ceiling falling down in the bathroom, dents in all appliances, dead bolt handle inside the door broken off, etc….. This place has not been kept up at all.

It was a very convenient location for getting downtown Chicago for the marathon. I loved the price.

Since it was a hotel that people lived in, it was a little noisy very late at night. I felt a little less safe than being at a larger hotel with a dedicated front desk.
