Negatives: Parking was very tight as utility workers’ work trucks were tightly parked along with your vehicle. The AC kept cooling the room even when heat was set. Room got so cold in October.

Positives: Easy access to major roads a restaurants.
Negatives: Tried to charge me $15 for a towel I used to clean up a spill. They hadn’t even tried to wash the towel before trying to charge me. Had I not pushed back they would have charged me. The person on staff was supposed to let me know the results of their effort to clean the towel but he never contacted me. When I spoke to the same employee the next day and called him out on his failure to follow up with me he blamed it on someone else.
