Negatives: Parking sucked

Negatives: The room had a very strong cleansing agent smell. Overpowering.

Negatives: We have stayed at this location multiple times and by far this was the dirtiest room we ever stayed in. My wife had to clean the room with Clorox wipes. The toilet paper was very low, the carpet under the air conditioner was peeling back. It was bad.

Negatives: Food

Negatives: Overall value of everything available during stay did not match the price I was charged. I pay less for a stay at comparable hotel franchises.

Negatives: It needed more and better placed electrical outlets, a bath mat, and someplace nearby ton eat dinner (the place next door was closed though it said it was open).

Negatives: Parking lot poor location. Didn't get room originally booked. Was put in a smaller room, with 1 less bed for a family of 5. Was completely sold out for the night! No clean linens for couch bed. Beds weren't very comfortable and pillows were awful! For one night, we made due. Most likely won't stay here again because the negatives outweighed the positives and for the price, could've stayed elsewhere for less money closer to HW.

Negatives: When we checked into the room the toilet was dirty and plugged and both TVs were still on as if the staff did not finish their job. We had to ask for more towels, only had 3/5 for our family. We had to ask for sheets to the pullout couch. The exhaust in the bathroom either did not work or there was not one. The staff was helpful and made most everything right.

Negatives: Room had a musty smell, pool was very small, not a good breakfast variety, parking was horrible

Negatives: Small pool. No jacuzzi as advertised. Parking is far away and confusing parking lot. Had to negotiate to get more towels. Room outdated. Bed not comfortable. Layout of king suite is good. Was initially given a standard king room when booked & paid for a king suite. Had to negotiate and change over to king suite upon arrival. Standard king room is much smaller. Train station between parking lot & hotel is interesting. Gives locals opportunity to loiter between your commute to parking & hotel. Parking lot is not monitored. Only one pub style restaurant on property and one family style restaurant within walking distance. Family style restaurant had very limited hours (Cranberries) so we were not able to eat there. Food delivery has many charges and taxes. Many restaurants within acceptable driving distance. Hotel on river gives more opportunities for wetland bugs, beetles in hotel.
