Positives: Breakfast included was nice. Eggs seems artificial. Staff was nice and helpful but had no idea if the AMEX platinum card offered any benefits with Hilton.

Negatives: Lighting in the master bedroom was awful and hard to see. Door to bathroom didn't lock and it looked like mold was on the ceiling in the bathroom. We were in such as rush for a number of activities that we had planned that we didn't have time to complain but clearly people are not checking these rooms as thoroughly as they need to be checked.

Positives: Comfortable mattress. Two TV's. Fridge and stove top. Good free internet connection. Large size of the room. Mostly quiet area. Near stores and restaurants. Friendly cleaning staff.

Negatives: There should be 4 bath towels in the room, not just two. There should be more than one roll of tissue. There was no extra blankets or pillows for 2nd person to sleep on sleep sofa. small dish liquid should be in the kitchenette. There should be a discount for those who regularly make reservations. The breakfast used to be great.
