Bed was comfortable when we finally got to sleep. 2 fire drills at night with a dog. Loud alarm of course. Never got some credit for that and never got refunded for the dog like you promised. I’ll never stay in Richmond. $248. Ridiculous.

Mattress was very hard waking up every 2-3hrs tossing and turning to get comfortable,I have stayed at other Hampton inns and always had good mattresses that were medium range that hugged your body this one was like very hard
