Negatives: The only thing I could complain about is how outdated the room was as a whole, but it seems to be very well kept despite the aging of the room. The appliances are not old, and work well, however.

Negatives: we booked a room may 9th 2024 for September 25-28 2024 the room was prepaid and arranged by booking. we checked in 5pm on the 25th then at 4am the 26th we get a charge for 350$, we had to cancel and put in a dispute with our bank. for the unauthorized transaction we went to the front desk and they said that booking made a mistake in pricing and the room was more. this was booked 6 months in advanced and we had no contact from the property before or after we arrarrived of someone's mistake. we asked for the receipt we signed when checking in that had all correct info same as booking but they wanted us to sign new papers with the new prices they made up at 4am that morning while we was sleep. this was the worst vaction ever now we have no money and stuck in a room fighting with the hotel over a agreement we made 6 months before arriving here. now it's been 2 days after getting home the hotel charges us for another night forcing us to again cancel our new bank card they made us get in the first place. I would not stay here they are scammers trying to steal money and hide it behind a business.

Negatives: You couldn’t shut the door fully in the bathroom and when you forced it shut it would need ripped open the main door to the room would not close all the way (very sketchy) and i had called multiple times weeks in advance and even day before the trip for a early check in we get there and they charge me an extra night bc they can’t find my reservation but found it 3 hours later and made us pay in full

Negatives: I did not like having to switch rooms 3/4 of our stay through, like I said, this made us late to the event we were in the area for. I did not like that I was asked by four separate people to give them a ride to the store or the liquor store. Apparently a lot of people live there and I guarantee you they don’t pay what I paid for four nights. Obviously, I did not like that my brand new white socks got stained terribly or that if I walked barefoot through the room. I had to wipe my feet off. And I did not like that our second room smelled like cigarettes. I myself am a smoker, but I don’t want my hotel room smelling like stale cigarettes.

Negatives: Room smelled of stale smoke, inside doors were filthy, front door didn't seal (gaps), no hangers, sheets were threadbare, mildew on ceiling. Breakfast - had waffles, cereals (no milk), no pastries.

Negatives: Room did not smell non-smoking although we were booked in a non-smoking room. Needs a bit of updating as well but a fine place for a stop over while driving through.

Negatives: Pool wasn't very clean At 6:00 brought in a bus load of kids to swim , that were not staying at hotel , were very loud. Was planning on using pool but the 35 kids were there til pool closed.

Negatives: We ended up asking for our money back and did not stay. The rooms were dingy, nasty, smelled horrible, tv ripped off the wall, drawers busted. We looked at 3 different rooms before just telling the staff we absolutely would not stay there. Would not recommend

Negatives: It was disgusting

Negatives: The noise at night. They only had basic cable.
