Fantastic, spacious room - perfect for having a pet so my dog didn’t get disturbed by people walking past the room. Friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was also great - made to order omelet is a nice way to differentiate the breakfast from other standard ‘free breakfast’ hotels

I did not realize the connect parking garage was not apart of the overall fee. I was charged $15 extra dollars, which was fine, I just wish I was informed of it beforehand.

We did not do breakfast as we missed the time it was being served. Only option around this hotel was a Starbucks without having to drive 10 minutes.
Negatives:
Front desk service did not explain how to get back to the hotel lobby from the basement of the parking garage, nor did he explain how the lights worked in the room. The coffee service did not have decaf and all surfaces of the coffee area were very dusty.

The rooms were clean and a good size. The beds were comfortable. The Front desk had a helpful sheet of restaurant hours at the ready. The cosmopolitan at O Roarks is outrageous!!
Negatives:
The breakfast started too late. It didn’t start until 7:30 and we had to leave by 7.
I felt uncomfortable walking from the garage to the elevator because you pass right through a wedding party. Awkward!
