Positives: Breakfast server was one of the nicest and most helpful persons I have encountered in any hotel.

Negatives: The shower didn't have warm water the first night. Room wasn't very nice, and hotel seemed a little rundown. Hotel was very expensive for what we received. Warm water should be a minimum.

Positives: See Below also The breakfast was horrible, prepared food. Very disappointing.

Negatives: Hampton used to be a premier hotel chain. No more. This hotel (like a few other Hamptons I have stayed in recently) is old and run down. The bathroom needed updating as did the carpet. This hotel is more like a Motel 6 than a higher end establishment.
