Actually I did NOT request a quiet room, however I did comment that it was nice and quiet. Just assumed that was because we were on the 4th floor. My request, if you really call it that, was that we would not be arriving until 11pm

Staff needs to learn how to make coffee!! The only coffee available in my room was 4 packets, ALL DECAF...YUCK! Then the coffee in the lobby was not marked as regular or decaf...just a crap shoot I guess?? The one pot was marked 'dark' however it looked like VERY weak tea and tasted like flavored water....Otherwise breakfast was fine, but coffee is very important! I understand that this hotel allows pets, but I do NOT feel that they should be allowed in the room where the breakfast is located! It gets crowded and they are in the way or people are holding small dogs right OVER the food where the rest of us are supposed to eat from....EWWWW!!!!

Clean hotel, easy access from the interstate. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very impressed by the breakfast selections. Lobby bar was a nice touch although we didn't use it.

Location is perfect for our needs. Easy in/out.

I specifically asked to be placed on the top floor and that was not the case. So we were stuck with people stomping above us all night long. I even asked at the desk and they said because I booked through you, there was nothing they could do, that makes me think twice about using booking.com again. The breakfast was marginal at best not worth the added cost.

I didn’t go for the breakfast, I went to go rest. Watch tv, and have the fan work in the room. Both were broke and I had no tv, and the fan blew cold air all night long. I got leg cramps every hour and and a half, had to cover the fan with a towel block it with a chair… the hair dryer didn’t work either. The staff the next morning knocked on my door twice when I asked for a late discharge, at 9:30 and 10:00! They never called me for a wake up call either. You are the first tho contact me. Horrible experience.
