The hardwood floor was FILTHY! When my 2 year old grandson spilled a little water, and I wiped it with a towel, it was awful. I will NEVER stay in a Red Roof Inn again!

The price was in-line w/ most other economy hotels.
Negatives:
The AC unit in the room made a constant squeaking noise when the blower motor was running (room 222). It wasn't a deal breaker. We wound up purchasing a box fan to drown out the noise.
However, the cockroach on the floor was probably a deal breaker.

Positives:
The staff was very nice, the front desk lady was really nice! I like the free breakfast it was actually pretty good. Good price for what you get.
Negatives:
There was hair still on one of the pillows on the bed when my girlfriend flipped it over. The door for the room had a pretty big gap at the bottom, I could see into the hallway through it. The beds were not comfortable and was kinda lumpy.

We were told by the Red Roof inn customer service rep this motel specifically had Ev chargers. When we called the motel with ETA we were told no they did not so did not stay there - it was that important! Have been trying to get our money refunded as a result of both this error and booking.com filter error which also shows it had an ev charger
