Negatives: Room was to be smoke free which was not the case. Staff solution was to spray Fabreeze which only made it worse. Booked 2 different reservations. One for 31st the other 1st of the month. Explained on checkin. “ No problem that will be fine”. Am of first stopped at reception desk to request no room service. In the middle of our event I received call that house keeping entered our room and belongings were still in room. Was requested to immediately come and remove belongings. Again explained situation. Confirmation given. Was told could not get different non smoking room since could not get to motel to remove personal belongings so room could be cleaned for other guests” My daughter who has asthma ended up staying in room of another relative. 3 rd relative who stayed one night did not even gave safety lick in their room.
