Positives: The second room was nice after I got moved from my first room
Negatives: I had to move rooms when I first got there because the first room I was put in was disgusting. They moved me to a nicer room, but then I had no TV. I had 2 hotel staff in my room for like 30 minutes trying to fix the tv and the couldnt. Then they wanted me to move rooms again. At this point I was over it and just went to sleep I wasnt moving all of my familys things again. Then when I checked out I was told Id get a refund but they refused to give me a receipt and said theyd email it to me. I never got a refund or a receipt. Im not happy.

Positives: Not much- however the front desk attendant was very helpful
Negatives: They had just painted the room and the smell of paint was very strong. Opening the window helped but didnt feel safe because we were on the 1st floor. We were unable to shower because whoever reconnected the shower head after painting put it in upside down so the nozzle pointed up to the ceiling(see photo). The first room we were in, the TV didnt work but the clerk got us a 2nd room There is no way that this motel should charge $100.00/night.
