Staff very pleasant. Facility was clean and cozy feel. Liked the fireplace going, football game on and even the Christmas tree in the corner. Like the mini Dove bar of soap. Hotels skimp on those things these days. Quiet room. Bed was comfortable enough. Lots of pillow options per bed. Pleasant stay. Good breakfast items including eggs, sausage, and waffle machine. Parking lot well lit and safe. Pool was inviting for exercise after long day of work. Hot tub seems closed for the season. Hope they can open it soon.

The hot tub had been removed in the year since we stayed there last. That was very disappointing.
Breakfast was disappointing, no milk for the cereal until another guest went into the kitchen to find more himself. All the hot food was gone and no more was started cooking until after we were done with breakfast.

1)carpet was damp/very dirty in room/smelled like mold/dusty dirty....
>>changed rooms day after; was too exausted to say anything late Thurs evening when checked in; showed how dirty my daughters socks got with in 5min. on carpet Fri.
2)hot tub was still running even when permanent sealed cover over it; let staff know its going to end up burning out and causing more issues.
2)spoke to front desk before check out about having a manager contact me about the stay. I was told I would have to contact them.

The Manager did a masterful job with an out-of-bounds "Karen" who was mad because she could not take her dog into the eating area. She hollowered and loudly complained for about 10 minutes but the Manager kept his cool.

Breakfast was only partially available. When asking the manager about waffle better and eggs, she apologized and came right over and set up breakfast the way it was supposed to be but her staff had failed to do so!
